Visa form

Quick question is there a visa form for a couple husband and wife to use to a apply to visit UK to see family? Or they have to have separate applications?

There are all non EU nationals wife had 10 year visa that expired in in Dec 2017

Each applicant should complete their own visa form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
