Regulation 3.2 (Form EU1) reference in European Courts

Many of ye might be aware of this already, so sorry

but I have heard from various barristers and solicitors in the Chief State Solicitors, that the High Court have sent at least 4 cases challenging Reg 3.2 the (requirement of legal residency in another EU state) to Luxembourg. The cases shall be heard on the 3rd June 2008, so keep an eye on things
