Has your cousin met his future wife in person??

All the same rules and information/links apply to a fiance visa.

A fiance visa would not be applicable if they have had a 'ceremony' to marry.

What evidence of relationship will he submit??

The rules are not flexible on this, for a fiance visa or a spouse visa. If there is no documentary evidence, the visa will be refused.

The rules and requirements are the same for both visas. The only difference is that a fiance visa is valid for 6 months and no IHS is payable and he would have to provide evidence of what preparation for a wedding have been made etc, other than that ALL the other requirements are exactly the same as a spouse visa, including the cost of the visa.

The first link clearly states 'fiance or proposed civil partner'.

Immigration Health Surcharge. £600 payable for a spouse visa on top of the visa fee.

Yes, £500 IHS plus £1033 visa fee for a postal application on FLR(M).

IHS is set to double in cost later this year.

The VAF4A form is online only so there is no longer a PDF version.

Appendix 2 is a paper form, which is the form for all the financial information.
