I did print the same page and filled dependent's details.Fsamadi1 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 9:19 amHi, can anybody help me in filling application.
To include dependants in the application there is space for one family memeber.
There is written in the form if you need more space continue in separate sheet. What does this mean? Should i print same sheet for my next family member or use extra white sheet to fill?
Or i need 3 separate application for a family of 3?
It is highly likely that it depends on the area and the schedule of the delivery driver!!
"If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.?"Love_GB wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 7:01 amMany thanks for the reply ,very much appreciated, i do agree with you that question needs a special attention , i asked some friends and they said they'd left it blank , I am confused if i just leave it blank or seek a solicitor assistance.jais2015 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 26, 2018 9:52 amI don't think you need a solicitor as all questions are straightforward. The only question which may need special consideration is "If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.?" other than that I would not spend 1000 pounds for this application. I applied by self and most of my friends did so.
i am still not sure what to answer for the question;ariskar wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 7:38 am"If you have any reasons or grounds for wishing to stay in the United Kingdom which you have not already mentioned in your application you should do so now in the box below.?"Love_GB wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 7:01 amMany thanks for the reply ,very much appreciated, i do agree with you that question needs a special attention , i asked some friends and they said they'd left it blank , I am confused if i just leave it blank or seek a solicitor assistance.jais2015 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 26, 2018 9:52 amI don't think you need a solicitor as all questions are straightforward. Would:
"My husband and child are British citizens living in UK and would like to continue private & family life with them."
be a relevant/qualifying answer?
I think family life with non-dependent family members and other similar aspects are not part of guidance to caseworkers on SET(P) route... maybe I am wrong.
If the spouse and child of a refugee applying for SET(P) are British Citizens (i.e. not dependents), should they be mentioned in the application?
Thank you for sharing. That is really good news.happy eyes wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 11:53 amApp sent: 29/03/18
