Hello,
Currently my husband and I are on ICT visa.
Now I want to purse higher studies and do part time job. Can I apply for dependent visa within UK or I need to go ahead with student visa.

You don't need a student visa, which has work restrictions of 20 hours per week.
On an ict dependent visa you can work and study.

Hello Team,
While applying for dependent visa, I noticed name on marriage certificate is like
Xyz now known as xyz + husband name married to abc.
Now my passport has just my original name. That is only xyz. Is This going to create problem ?
Shall my passport also have xyz + husband name?

In marriage certificate -
Lizzy Edward now known as Lizzy Edward John Smith married To John Smith.
In passport My name is Lizzy Edward. Do I have to change my name on my passport to Lizzy Edward John Smith ? Before applying for spouse visa.

I hope these are sample names and not real names.
Is the name in your PASSPORT your married name or your name since birth.

Hi,
Currently i hold ICT visa and planning to change to Tier 2 ICT dependent and work for employer and do studies.
In future, if my employer get ready to sponser me. Will it be easier to switch from dependent visa to Tier - 2 General or Tier 4.
Pls guide.

Tier 4 you can switch within the UK.
Tier 2 ICT Dependent you must apply from home country.

What do you plan to study? There are restrictions on what you can study as a Tier 2 ICT Dependent.

Now my ICT visa will expire in November. However I will leaving my employer in Sep.
In case I apply my Dependent visa within UK and get visa by October. Can I stay in UK after quitting my job till my visa validity date and wait for dependent visa to come. Pls confirm
