Civil disputes and civil court appearances do not affect your ILR.

Thank You for the response.

The specific question would be- When the HO checks with HMRC about the company and they send them a response with Outstanding (VAT & PAYE) as in case of this Co. than how would that affect / not affect the application?

This is up to the HO. Failure to pay taxes could negatively affect your application

I think this is why they are taking their time not to make any error. Fingers crossed everything will be fine mate
