10 year dependant ILR query

Dear forum Gurus and members,

I have a query related mine and my dependant ILR application.

I am currently on tier 1 entrepreneur Ext and will complete 5 years in September 2018. In addition, I will completed my 10 years on 25th July 2018 as well.

I wanted to check if my dependant can apply the ILR along with me on 10 year basis,as her initial visa was issued on 26th June 2012 while the entry clearance was done on 13th July 2012 (PSW dependant) and later renewed in 2013 as tier 1 ent dependant.

However, I have an option to apply together in September 2018 but need to check the first option.

No your dependent cannot apply for ILR with you if you apply via the 10 years long residence route. Set(LR) does not permit dependents to apply. She will have to switch to FLR(M) and meet all the requirements if you apply based on long residence. She will not be able to apply for ILR as a PBS Dependent if you choose the LR route.

If you want your spouse to also get ILR, the 5 year route is the one to go for.
