My wife has a stamp 4 based on family re-unification with her sister(she's a family member of a refugee) and she has been living in ireland for the past 7years.im still waiting on my refugee application appeal for the past 6months.i would like to know if its possible for me to obtain my stamp 4 on the basis of our marriage and what do i need to do?Kindly advise.Thanks

If you have applied for spouse for stamp 4 . you will get stamp 3 and will not be able to work in Ireland. but you can search the job once you will get job offer you will able to apply for spouse independent visa for work.
