EEA national, applied on the basis of 3 years student + 2 years employee.
As an employee I've sent 3 payslips per year and one P60 (printed myself because the employer sends those to us digitally, some I've printed black and white).
As a student I've sent:
- A letter from university confirming my degree and the dates when I was a student.
- A "written confirmation from the student that they have enough money".
- 3 yearly EHIC cards (non-UK EHICs).
- Then proof of living in the UK: bank statements to cover my 2nd year as a student and 3rd year as a student. In the 1st year I didn't have a bank account! So attached a letter that I have received from University during my first year there (the one you get when you either try to open a bank account or to prove you're a student at a time) which had the date when it was issued being 2012 (lucky I didn't throw it away) and also the letter when I received my National Insurance Number!

PR "card" received: 9 July 2018 11:30 (PR Confirmation Letter dated: 4 July 2018)
The PR confirmation letter, the PR certificate and my original supporting documents (even the original envelope!!!) were sent all-together. However, they kept the 2 letters from my University (one to prove I was a student for those 3 years and got a degree, and second one the one that was issues at a time during my first year to prove I was a resident back then). And they kept the "written confirmation from the student that they have enough money" letter I wrote.
Took just about 3 weeks, which is very fast in my opinion!
Disappointed it's not a PR card, it's a blue booklet the same as I got for my Qualified Person certificate previously!
03/05/18 because they said you not summit enough evidency that your sponser was active last five years and my sponser already got his permenant resident last year.
