Dependent visa for second wife post divorce from first wife

I am currently on a Tier 2 General Visa and need urgent help for processing dependent visa for my wife in India.

1) I got married to my first wife in Feb 2011 in India. I applied for Tier 2 ICT Visa and my first wife as Tier 2 ICT dependent in April 2011. We both stayed in UK till 2013 after which we both moved back to India.

2) I applied for Tier 2 General visa in March 2015 which was granted. I travelled to UK in April 2015. However, my first wife did not apply for the dependent visa and continued to stay in India

3) Me and my first wife were granted mutual divorce in Feb 2017 by family court in India

4) I got married again in June 2018 in India and my second wife is now in process of applying for the Tier 2 General Dependent visa from India.

She plans to submit the following documents to apply for Tier 2 General Dependent from India
1) Passport copy of husband
2) BRP copy of husband
3) Marriage certificate with Second wife
4) 3 months UK bank statement of husband
5) Maintenance letter from employer
6) Divorce decree from court in India for the first marriage
7) Tuberculosis certificate from approved hospital

Is the list of documents correct for successful application? Please advise.
