I have posted a question a while ago and am unable to see if there was any reply to it. I can't find it anywhere and I have even sent a message to administrator with no success.

Can anybody help?

Thanks

Hi All,

We've applied 10 the October 2017, biometrics submitted November 2017 and still waiting.

We've received a letter from HO confirming the receipt of our application on 15th November 2017 and we've also submitted biometrics 10 days later. Waiting since then with no updates from them.

Solicitor sent them a letter asking for an update a month ago and we still haven't heard from them.

It's been almost 8 months now and counting...

Hey Dylan, have you got an update on your case yet?

Thanks

Thanks for the update! I'll have a look on the board too :)

Fingers are still very firmly crossed...
bathanza wrote:Dylan - Guys, check out the FLR board, quite a few have posted updates. Looks like 6 months after biometrics, if requested docs decision is made fairly quickly within a few weeks. So for Aug applications (which we are waiting for) May is most likely when we will hear..

Hi everyone, Please I need advice from all the members who has experience something like this before.

I make an FLR FP application base on my child who has been in uk for more than 7years, my child is 13years old now and he wasn't born in uk, he come to uk with me at the age of 1year and half. here is my application time line for both me and my child.

Application sent..... 11/07/2016.
application received ....12/07/16
Payment was taken out of account... 18/07/16
Acknowledgement received ---- 15/08/2016
Biometric letter received ---- 13/19/2016
Biometric enrolled ---- 14/09/2016
Additional information reqst--- 11/05/2017
All Additional documents reqst sent .... 17/05/2017
Application refused in October 2017 after all additional document sent.
Appeal lodge for both me and my child November 2017. Appeal hearing date receive in May 2018 for October 2018.

This morning I receive a letter from home office Appeal review team, stating that they have reviewed the desicion to refuse my child application, as the matter of the review they have now decided to withdrawn the desicion to refuse my child application and, they have instructed the relevant department to issue his Immigration Status Document and, a letter has been sent to the Hm Tribuna.

My question is that what does this mean as the letter is only sent to my child on his name and not on my name, what do I need to do now

Moderators, Fellow members who already done court hearing, is it common that the home office did not send their appeal bundle within the deadline given by court?on the notice of hearing I received, home office should submit their docs to court and to us by 12th july. Its already due but we didnt receive any docs from HO. Any info regarding this will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hello Respected Board Members and Moderators

I am new to this forum and a silent reader for few years. I need an advice from you all regrading our appeal due in December 2018 for our FLR FP refusal based on 7 year child route.
Immigration History:
Feb 2010 Entered UK on Student Visa with Dependants (Husband & 8 year old Daughter)
Feb 2012-2014-Post Study Work Visa
Feb 2014-September 2015-Done another Masters
September 2015-October 2018 (Tier 2 Visa, Curtailed to July 2017 due to Sponser Licence revoked)
Applied FLR FP in July 2017 based on our child who completed 7 years 5 months in UK and who was 15 and half years old and got refusal in June 2018 after 11 months. Got appeal rights and put an appeal within 14 days got acknowledgement in weeks time and got hearing date in 3 weeks time (hearing due in December 2018)
Refusal reasons are similar that has been read before in this forum on 7 year child case.
We lived legally in UK until now please give your precious suggestions and advice what are the chances of winning this appeal.
Thanks in advance
