September 2016- Postal application submitted
October 2016- Biometric done
November 2017- refused (reason of refusal no Insurmountable obstacles) but given in country right to appeal
May 2018- court hearing
June 2018- Determination letter received, Judges allowed my appeal
July 2018- Home Office has not sought to appeal the determination.
What's next?
Moderators, Fellow members who already done court hearing, is it common that the home office did not send their appeal bundle within the deadline given by court?on the notice of hearing I received, home office should submit their docs to court and to us by 12th july. Its already due but we didnt receive any docs from HO. Any info regarding this will be highly appreciated. Thanksmister123 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 14, 2018 9:54 amHi Amelia, just a quick question.
