35 pointer cannot be SOL,
Shortage occupation itself gets one 130 points.
Cannot be Doc or nurse as well. They are exemptd & no longer need COS.
Be patient

I am afraid, it was a miscalculation by him.. he might have scored 35 for his salary band and missed the RLMT score of 20. So most probably it would be 55 points. I don't see any other possibilities of 35 being approved on the first day.
However, I too hope it to be true. !! Waiting to hear from your MrUKrobort

Yeah seems more logical. Is there any other way to check what is the cut off? Or do we have to wait till the end of the month to find it out?

The Cutoff can't be known now. It will be published only by end of the month. However, if more people get approval today and tomorrow, we will get an approximate picture of the cutoff range. So those who get approval today are requested to update here with their exact points.
Wish you all good luck.

I was going through April thread, when the cut off was 46.
People with 50 and more started receiving approvals on day one itself i.e. 11 April
Someone with 45 points got a refusal on day two, 12 April.

Yes, You are right. The main difference this month is that the policy has changed and doctors and nurses are exempted from the list. So we all hope that things will be better and positive this month. We all should be able to see the light soon.

Good sign is 50 and 55 got approval, now even if 45 doesn't go through and there are carry forward of 250+ rcos it will be a really good sign for next month. Also don't forget once the points drops you can expect additional 100-200 applicants next Month's many employers are waiting for point drop.

I was confirmed am shortlisted by employer in UK five weeks before.Still have not received my offer letter and said application in process.
-Do Passport details are required for Rcos approval from home office or once Rcos is approved by home office employer will assign the COS to Tier 2 migrant.

Can I suggest that those who post be 100% sure on the points they have and how the system works. There is enough information to detail this and posting inaccurate results gives false hopes and causes unnecessary upset. I want to see and hear about results looking on here and not questions it how many points do I have!

RCOS details pertain to to the role and salary offered by the sponsor. If I understand correctly, no individual details are needed, like your passport and and...
Hope this helps.

Hey, on the UK gov website its mentioned that all applications submitted on or before 6th of every month is eligible for the draw on the 11th of that month, considering your additional documents was submitted on 10th July, i reckon it will be eligible only for Aug 13th draw. Hope this helps.

My employer has applied for July month with 50 points. People who are getting RCOS with 50 points are applying this month for the first time or applied in previous month's too?
Congratulations for everyone who received already and best wishes for everyone who is waiting. Thanks

Hi,
I´m in the same situation and waiting with 55 points. I asked my HR about that and the answer was:
"As the HO requested more info, it had to be in by the 10th to enable it to be considered in the July allocation"
The appliocations without requested from HO must be in by the 05th each month.

Hi Moderator
Please can you clarify on this as the below comment form ''Batagin'' mentions the allocation will be considered in July but ''Rasy18'' mentioned that my RCOS will be considered for August allocation
