All the best Murthy..I am seeing you from Feb..I know the pain.Mine has been rejected in March after that company is not willing to process my Visa.
The pain is more when my closed ones ask me why haven't you gone to Uk yet and have to tell all these things to them. Only you guys here can understand.
Balu tell them that the points are dropping and you will get thorough ask them to try atleast once.

Hey everyone,
Just got much RCoS granted. Non SOL, non PHD, non NHS. 3rd attempt.
It is a graduate scheme (graduated from a UK uni last year, but had to apply for RCoS instead of UCoS due to my student visa expiring last September) and my base salary is £36500. Hope this update helps.
Good luck with those who are waiting, and thanks everyone for providing me with a lot of info the past 3 months. It was worth the long, anxious wait.
J
Hi boss,
Great news, congragulation.
What is your point? Do you have any other allowances other than 36500? Kindly request you to give a revert if you read this message?
if 36,500 is your total salary then your points will be 36 right?
thanks,
Thanks!
I'm not entirely sure how many points I have, but based on my calculation it should be 46 (30 RLMT + 16 salary). I'm assuming I count as milkround given how low my base salary is haha.
All the best to those who are waiting, my fingers are crossed for you!

My employer is saying that my application is 'in review'.They told the same last month and today also.
They applied on May 8.NHS,non-sol.30,6661 per annum.
Somebody please tell me what 'in review' means.

Has any one got any refusal yet.
If not, I hope it might further drop 40-45 points.
Keep it coming:)

To the two accepted people on 45 points who took the time to inform us... thank you very much!
You made people’s weekend a little bit easier.
This might get my employer to apply next month... they stopped applying two months ago... 39 points no longer sounds impossible thanks

I think there is considerable delays in getting your visa/BRP. Check the visa thread. It also depends on your notice period. So check all the aspects before you decide

I will put in my papers the day I get my RCoS in my mailbox.
I can't wait another day before I land in the UK! I have waited long enough - 8 months to date!

I am new to the whole process people.
I have 55 points. 55K Salary (35 + 20 points)
I have not heard back from the attorney yet nor my HR.
I am a software developer with 15 years of experience. I had applied last month for tier 2 general and my case was not successful. They have applied for this month too.
I read through all the posts and saw most of you had applied since many months.
Do I need to be in the system for that long for my application to be get picked or just having 55 points is enough a reason to be picked in July?
I mean what holds priority? The time or the points?
Thanks, Regards.

It's the points you are going to get your RCOS this month unless there is any mistakes in your application.
Congratulations is advance.

46 points, approved exceptionally outside the monthly quota, that might be because the employer applied on the 5 July which is the last date?

Looks like they have borrowed 100 from August anyways 45 cleared door opened for others this unbelievable. Big backlog cleared thanks to new rules also I believe there we atleast 350 returned this month and there were less applications this month compared to other months.
