Asylum

Post by Sharifi » Fri Jul 13, 2018 5:17 pm

Hi, I’ve done my fresh claim about a year ago in July 2017 but the H.O refused my case and they didn’t give me a right or appeal.

What’s the next step I have to take? I know I have to do further review on my case.
Does anyone know what is likely to happened ? I’m originally from Iran.

Thank you for the replay.
No I don’t have any kid I came in the uk on April 2011 as an uncompanied child. I was 13 back then and now I’m 20.
So it’s more than 7 years.
My solicitor told me that we have to do administrative review but I don’t know how likely the outcome would be.

your solicitor have to send pre action protocol to HO and HO will reply within 14 days , if HO didn't consider then you have to go for JR

Apparently I have 3 months to Challenge HO decision. Solicitor said he needs to apply for legal aid before taking any action.

Do you know how likely JR to be positive ?
Is it hard to get legal aid for this ?
Solicitor said we have a fresh evidence so we should be able to receive the funding ?

Thank you munir
