And one more thing i wana just conform from you ur employer letter also written ur sponsor is nit shareholder of this company where ur sposor is employer or u just put all clearification from accountant letter snd he stated all status of ur husband in the company i already submated application just all doc post coming friday so u can confim me its helpful for me

Well it's been 12 weeks since we have been contacted by home office

My 11th week and i was contacted today; & then now im wondering when i will get decision

Its been 13 week and no call been received, only the emails,
1st email on: 1st Jun - Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.

2nd email on: 6 Jul - The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.
and asking to send wife's TB cert again, without including the reply email address.

3rd email on: 9 Jul - Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

Tried to contact but no authentic response received. Just waiting ...

It will be different for you because I applied from Bangladesh and the visa centre there is only open Sunday to Thursday.

Visa centre in Islamabad is open Mon to Fri so keep a look out in the weekdays.

Yes, recieved an email stating case is not straightforward in march n i also was contacted by phone for interview n heard nothing since then...wer on 7th month now since applying n they also emailed my husband today stating they are still working on application n will make descision asap n that published guidelines states additional checks maybe carried out in some cases n as soon as checks are conpleted they will be notified...n also saying they are unable to give timescale...

I was told on 21st May my checks have been completed in a queue for a final assessment nearly 2 months after that now.... All we could do is pray and In'sha'Allah Allah will sort out the rest

I got the exact same email from UKVI last week. It was from the same person Anne B. They also sent an email to the address which my solicitor provided when filling in the application. You need to check the address given in your application. They would have sent an email at the same time you got an email.

Sometimes their emails get you on the edge like u will receive a decision soon but you are unable to find out what they mean bcoz they are so vague and most responses are automated so you dont quite know what to make of them...they should be straight up instead of making us worried...but thats HO for you..or they may just be busy....n yes patience n prayers will is what get us all through....

I got the exact same email from UKVI last week. It was from the same person Anne B. They also sent an email to the address which my solicitor provided when filling in the application. You need to check the address given in your application. They would have sent an email at the same time you got an email.

Oh really? Well what i find strange is i got an email on 4th july saying case was escalated on that date so it would have made sense if i recieved the email about data protection before that...yes we gave my husbands email on application, he also recieved email at same time as me stating that we've been told before case is not straightforward n they need time to make checks n he will be notified when they are done n they are unable to give time frame... I had a call from HO and at the same time my employer on the 20th of June and they made the decisions on 28th of June. within 5 working days as your's is Priority I believe you will hear something very soon, Insha'allah.

I will and no the Passport was collected on 1st of July the day they send text msg, because In Bangladesh VFS office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. The letter they send with Passport dated 28th of June, also I called UKVI contact centre on 28th of June they told me a decisions has been made need to wait for instructions from VFS office when to collect passport.
