Post by AkbarHaf » Sun Jun 03, 2018 3:18 pm

Good evening all

My husband is not working, and getting benefits from government ( ESA/PIP)
Can I work ? And how many hours can I work without affecting his benefits please
Now I'm planning to apply for my Flr m after 8 months.and I'm not working, same as my husband.

Nothing has changed since the advice given in 2016

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

FLR m cohabitation evidences

Post by AkbarHaf » Tue Jul 17, 2018 5:08 pm

Good evening all

As evidence of cohabitation for FLR m . I'll use some bank statements ( on my name) .
Do I have to send all statement ? ( 3 or 4 paper for each statement . Or 1st paper with name, address and date should be enough?
Same question about other bills .
NB: these statements are only for cohabitation not for financial, and I'll send full last 6 months bank statements for financial.

Other question please.
I only have 3 sources on my name : bank letters, Talk talk and Bt bills and doctor's letters.
Are these sources enough as proof of address?

On joint names I just have council tax this month, and British Gaz bills, Severn Trent water bill and bank account on June this year.

NB:
I'll apply for spouse visa extension FLR m on April 2019.

Thank you.

You must send complete documents. You cannot only send page one.

The FLR(M) form gives examples of what HO expects to see in either joint names or individual names at the same address.
