If your wife entered on a Spouse visa 5 months ago, why is she applying for FLR(M)? Or is she on a fiance visa and you married in the UK?Marty1872 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 18, 2018 9:12 pmHi All
I recently got married to my wife in June, she came in on a spouse visa.
She has visited many times prior yo this, always on a six month visit visa.
Just a quick question re the form.
Section 5.2 - when did you first enter the UK
Is this on spouse visa or first time ever, ie on a visit visa.
Section 10.12 - how long have you lived in the UK
Would that just be 5 months?? And table below asking about dates left and returned, do we input all the times she visited.
Sorry for the lengthy question, I am born and bred in the UK and can’t work out what is required.
Many thanks
A fiance visa I hope...not a marriage visitor visa.

Bear in mind that some of the questions refer to the next FLR(M) application after the initial 2.5 year period and the application forms are the same.
