If I click 'reschedule appointment', will I lose my existing appointment immediately?

If I click 'reschedule appointment' in my account, will I lose my existing premium service appointment immediately? Or my existing appointment will be retained until I got a new one?

This is because my existing premium centre is Croydon, but I've seem a lot of complains about the centre...

I cannot answer your question but seeing the problems posters are having getting appointments I would hang on to the one you have! We went to Croydon in November 2016 and it was fine. What kind of problems are you reading about?

I just googled Croydon premium service centre, and read the Google reviews...

Well, I think I shouldn't always read negative feedback online...

I always used Croydon and never had any issues. It is the centre with the more senior caseworkers.
