Yes, I have received but the news is not that of excitement. They have refused the leave again on same grounds HOWEVER allowed right of appeal in Immigration first tribunal.

I dont know if this is a better news, but really disappointed with what HO has been doing, the averted the JR and associated cost by reconsidering and sending me back to appeal which they should have given to me when they first refused my application in July 2016.

Its just the time game....

True, it is a time game. HO is acting funny, what's the point of refusing again when they offer consent form. Your patience will pay one day. Can you please mention exact no. of days/weeks it took to receive the new decision after signed by both parties (the consent order).

I am in the same situation as yours.I signed the consent order and they refused it with the right of appeal.I have appealed. I have completed 10 years.
I wanted to know if my 3c leave has been extended since the intial rejection?
