Hi All, Does anyone know if there is any issues with booking premium service appointment For LR. I have been trying for last week many many times at different times during the day and night but nothing available.
They should at least update us if they any problem with their system or if they are no more doing them.
It very stressful and frustrating.
anyone else having same issue or its just me.

I have been trying myself for a couple of weeks now but haven't had any luck. It will be very useful to know if there is an alternative way to book premium service visa appointment.

There's no other way.

I was advised by the helpline to use internet explorer as none other browsers were officially supported. Dont know to what extent this advice is correct, but give it a try. This worked for me after having spent a lot of time trying to book an apointment.

Help! This is getting really frustrating.
I have been able to get through to the booking page but every time I pick a date, a message pops up, asking me to answer a question before continuing. I have answered all the questions, but this message never stops popping up.
Has anyone encountered such issue please and how did you resolve it?

Did you manage to get passed the 'You must anser the question to continue' message. I have been having that same error message all day, i have tried chrome, Firefox edge and even safari on my mobile still having the same message.
YOU MUST ANSER THIS QUESTION TO CONTINUE - even after rechecking all my details

For the first time in days, I got past this and was taken to the world pay page to pay, but because my bank won't authorise on time, the ten minutes lapsed. I didn't make any changes to my form, just kept trying, Start trying from 11:55pm.
