Hi Moderator @CR001, As the allocations and refusals have now closed for this month, we won't have any updates till the next allocation meeting. When will the August threat be opening for discussion?
Thanks
9th August.

Is the HO really behind in notifying people this month or is it only me?

I only called up yesterday to check my status citing July statistics at UK HO site. They said it’s approved as my points are 42, otherwise I wouldn’t have known. So I think it could be delay from your employer

I haven't heard from my employer/HR either. On thursday the lawyers said the status was 'under review'. They even sent a screenshot.

Was anyone else asked for additonal documents?
Have 45 points.

Where did you call? Can we do that ourselves or does it have to be the main SMS contact only.

Sorry I wasn’t clear. I have called my employer and asked for status.I didn’t contact home office. One thing should be clear that it cannot be under review as the allocation is completed. So, you are either approved or not approved.

Finally posting this message: RCOS granted at 41 points!
Non nhs, non shortage, etc
My employer has been applying since January ... and I have been checking this forum since then. Thanks for all the help and support! July is our lucky month :)
Thank you and Congratulations!

You can now change your name to happyhappyhappy :)

41 is more than I think most expected! Let’s hope it comes down and clears the range of 40 points.

No they weren't asked as far as I know
And yes we re-did the RLMT in may/june
Good luck!

An important question!

May I know if your employer was asked to provide further information? If so, when?

Also clarify when your RLMT was done. Did your employer do it again in June/July?

Via email, it’s still under review
@boyapp have you got your confirmation?
I still haven't from HR or the lawyers

Hi

Yes i have heard from two other ppl who have the same point i.e. 45 both of them were granted rcos.

If we share the same employer then i would suggest you to wait for another day due the fact that i know the delays are internal.

Does that mean they could still reply or does this mean the application will be reviewed in the next month?

Hi All,

I scored 40 points , Mine application was applied 3 times between jan- june and it was refused all the time.

Since the points has gone down , My employer was planning to submit my application again with new RLMT. Unfortunately being refused 3 times home office now has considered my application for scrutiny.

is there anything to worry about ? anybody in the same situation ?

Does any one know

1)What happens in scrutiny ?
2)How long it will take ?

Thanks,
Mahesh

Some positive news at last.

Just came to know RCOS approved, Non SOL, 45 points

The email was in the HR person's junk box since last week. :? Thanks everyone who posted and shared their experience and many thanks to the moderator as well. It's been very long 7 months.

I hadn't been posting but had been following the post. Almost feel like I know some people here. All the best everyone. Good luck to everyone else waiting as well.

Hi all,

Have been watching the forum for a long time and this has been of great help in understanding but felt like joining as I have some questions...

Still waiting at 55 points Non-SOL, non shortage. Second time applying after an initial refusal due to being below the minimum points level, then employer increased salary, re-did the RLMT.

However, HO asked for additional documents tb submitted by 23rd of July which the my employer did but still has no response apparently. Does this possibly mean my application will go into August or will HO still get back with some result? Is there a way of checking this with HO?? Can my application be still 'under review'?

I saw that some other people were also asked additional documentation and not sure if they received updates yet? Hoping to go through this month.

Any advise much appreciated in advance.

Many thanks.

Hey,

Unfortunately I have no answers but I was about to post pretty much the exact same question, so hopefully somebody else can help out.

I'm also wondering if it's still pending, does this mean it'll be automatically rolled over to be considered for the August applications? Based on my points it's unlikely that I've been approved for July, so hoping that this just rolls over without further action needed. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Thanks :)

Hi guys,

As this time 5th aug is a Sunday, so will the deadline be 3rd August or 6th August to submit the applications?
