Should be fine provided she has no plans to travel outside the UK.ovarkent wrote: ↑Fri Sep 21, 2018 9:00 amHi All,
Please, I need help on what to do for my wife who is currently on Tier 1 Visa(Dependant) to expire in 2020.
She is due for her ILR(10Yrs) in October 2019. Can she continue to stay on her Tier 1 Visa(Dependant) despite the fact that I have currently been granted ILR?
Regards
K.O

I was finally granted my ILR last week.
A few observations:
1. It is correct that the date of PS appointment is your actual application date and not when you submitted the application online.
2. For any minor mistake made on the online form, changing the application will result in loss of application fee hence CR001 advice is very correct in this circumstance( On your print-out form, just cross out the wrong information and manually write in the correct one.
I hope this helps.
