Frustrated in calling the incountry team 2 for FLR(IED)

I would like to see anyone has the experience of getting through to talk to anyone over the phone - I need an urgent treatment for FLR(IED) and I faxed to them last Friday. Just want to make sure they receive my fax but I called at least 100 times or more but the line is still busy.

Is the telephone work?

I need to travel next week. What should I do - sending them email to confirm, although it probably takes another 3 weeks to reply?

Frustrated!

Line appears to be busy/out of service all the time - perharps phone BT and ask them if the line *really* works!

You can try e-mails but they seem to take ages to reply - despite saying in their bisiness plan that they reply e-mails within 48 hours...


...I suppose just like the whole HSMP process - getting through on the phone and e-mail is purely luck :roll:
