Still have heard nothing for July. No word. I keep asking, no response. So frustrated and paranoid now. Does the NHS have any type of portal I could access to check my status?

We are still waiting for our confirmation. We have 44 points and it’s quite frustrating too. Hope this all ends for good.

Hi all,

Have been watching the forum for a long time and this has been of great help in understanding but felt like joining as I have some questions...

Still waiting at 55 points Non-SOL, non shortage. Second time applying after an initial refusal due to being below the minimum points level, then employer increased salary, re-did the RLMT.

However, HO asked for additional documents tb submitted by 23rd of July which the my employer did but still has no response apparently. Does this possibly mean my application will go into August or will HO still get back with some result? Is there a way of checking this with HO?? Can my application be still 'under review'?

I saw that some other people were also asked additional documentation and not sure if they received updates yet? Hoping to go through this month.

Any advise much appreciated in advance.

Many thanks.
Hi all

Anyone know if people with no response for July need to reapply for August ? This is simply frustrating.

Also was wondering;

Is there another way for the employer to check the status like sending email to HO?

Your employer can email the help desk and ask

And we are approved at 44. Not a news for others but just wanted to share our happiness here. My best wishes to everyone applying this cycle.

Hi All

My score was 40 this month and hence was not allotted the RCoS. Does the sponsor now need to apply gain for August or does it get carried forward automatically to the next month? i.e. Does the sponsor need to pay the £200 application fee every month they apply or is it automatically carried forward?

Thanks for the help!

No, you need to apply each month.

And again, no. No fees for applying you will charged only when allocating the approved RCOS.

Nope.. But they did ask for addtl documents but those were also submitted on time.. Interesting part is that they did not either refuse or accept no idea whats going on.. Worried to miss August if they do not respond.

Same situation. No news. 41 points. NHS HR says they cannot access results due to high priority cases. Nearly 8 months of waiting...

Hi guys,

As this time 5th aug is a Sunday, so will the deadline be 3rd August or 6th August to submit the applications?
I am sure that the deadline for applications will be today, 3rd of August.

Always better being safe rather than sorry :)

Hi All,

Good luck on this months allocation!

I can't seem to find the thread for August, if someone has it can they link it here please.

I am waiting on 40p and just missed out last month. Really hoping that it drops to 40 this month. I have to leave the country because my visa expires on the 23rd but hoping to get the news before which would make my life much easier.

As already stated more than once, the August topic will only be opened on the 9th!!
