Please post your citizenship questions in the British citizenship sub forum. This is not the correct topic for such questions. There is no 'separate' process for Set P ILR applicants.

I have applied in Feb this year and still waiting. Strange, how HO works. They say they do in date order, but no logic.

It seems HO has some changes. You can now apply online for SET (P). Time does not stay. Hope it will improve the process in general.

Do dependents (family reunion) receive BRP or get ILR stamped as a visa?

All ILR is a BRP card. It has been years that HO no longer issue ILR vignette in passports.

Hi,
I was applied Replacement BRP Card after initially 5 year for my children in 2nd February 2018 and biometric enrollment done on 4 March and then exactly after 6 month today 2nd August 2018 both new card has received. The one thing I am not sure about validity because one of my son card is valid for 5 year from yesterday but the other son card has valid for 6 and half year. Secondly one card showed Settlement and No time limits and the other is shown Refugee settlement and Indefinite leave to remain. I hope this timeline will help those people who were waiting for Replacement BRP. Thank you.

Hi Baby_khyber.
I just wonder why don’t you apply for your children to become British citizenship. What are you waiting for? They are eligible.

Hi all,
Has anyone applied for their ILR through a solicitor?
I applied for mine in May through a solicitor and still waiting. I have received a couple of emails from HO and done my biometrics.
Can someone who applied during the same time share their experience?
Many thanks for your help

Hi PPTP,
I can imagine how frustrating it can be... that’s 6 months now, have you contacted them as it’s past their time standard?
Did you apply through I solicitor in Feb and have you received any emails from them?
