Am still waiting to hear from INIS 5months now since they requested for my passport and Still nothing yet from them my hubby says will leave them his sure they'll response no matter how long it will take.

I do not know,Is that department stop sending all kind of correspondence to everyone regarding Zambrano???
I applied in nov 2017 than got first letter in mid January for more documents.since from that time haven't got any reply from them.
Is there anyone of this forum got any response from them in that last couple of month.

@Wifeofaking While application is under process, We cannot Travel and Work. If you left country then you cannot come back as far I know

Hey people,

Thought I update you guys, So INIS return my passport (empty) this week with just a small letter stating that the minister can still request for it back again if the need be.

Reading that pissed me off, so which means since the passport as been with INIS since Dec 2017 they didn't do any verification on it they just kept it there in their office and did nothing.

Thought to ask is it possible for INIS to lie? Or make mistakes or don't send letter and they think they sent it?

Have you guys heard anything like that from anyone ?

Because after INIS sent back my original national passport, last two weeks, this week on Tuesday they sent me another letter saying that apparently they sent me a letter of DNA in Dec 2017 two days after they sent a letter to request for my national passport.

I've written back to them that I did not receive any letter of that nature from them that the last letter which I receive the from them was in Dec 2017 was them asking for my national passport. And I include all the letters I've ever received from them from start to last so they see.
So now am waiting for them to write back to me.

Which is true I didn't receive any letter like that so I told my husband that they lying maybe they did write the letter But forgot to send it or they did send it and got lost.

.I finally got the DNA done. So now I wait for the results and hopefully INIS will not take any longer granting me stamp.

Hello ppl so after almost 2years of Zambrano Application finally got 1year stamp 4on my passport.

My question now is, now that the Irish re-entry visa has been abolished, does it apply to us who are on the zambrano case ? (parent of an Irish Citizen)
