Tier 2 general RCOS

Hi there,
Indian here, working in the investment banking space. My employer is planning to apply for a restricted COS (role of vice-president) this month. Salary is 55k£ with a valid RLMT. How many points would i be at, in this case? Also, considering the new rules exempting doctors and nurses from the cos cap, what are my odds of getting an approval this month?

This month is already gone. 5th of every month is the deadline to submit cos request. Chances are 100% based on July cutoff.
