I have done Bachelors from UK and a masters. I am a legit student, I have great results in both degrees (distinctions).
My current masters degree is very less related to my bachelors degree (why I opted that is because my uni was offering it and giving scholarship right after I finished bacehlors and it looked very tempting at that point as its a relatively new field). However, now I am planning to do masters in the same degree as I opted for my bachelors degree (computer science). There is academic progression and universities have accepted me and they have assured me that my visa wont be refused based on academic progression point.
I have got offer letter, just need to pay the fee to get CAS.
However, I had work permit refusal last year in Poland as the company didn't provide me enough documentation for the visa and I applied myself and I had no clue about poland visa requirement etc. Will that be a negative impact on my application?
I am a Pakistani expat living in the Dubai (I have got great life here, I come from a well off family) and will be applying for VISA from Dubai too.
However, the only reason I am going for masters is that I wanna work in the industry my bachelors is in and I wanna continue it to masters level because at the moment, the companies consider me on my bachelors degree and salary gets reduced by 40%.
I mean, its gone a bit complicated, but like I wanna do it for the sake of the love of the subject. My history in UK is clean and I left the country before my visa expired etc. However, will that Poland visa refusal will come back and haunt me this time? It wasn't even my fault.

Shall I pay fee deposit, obtain cas and apply for visa.. Or would I be like better off going to another country for masters now where rules are less strict.
Let me know..
