Hi Experts,

I am in Tier 4 General Visa. I would like to know, if i can register a private limited company(IT Consulting) with me as Director?

My husband is planning to do contracting job in UK. If I can register a company, then my husband can work for the company.

I have 3 more questions.

1. Tier 4 dependant work Restriction: My course is for 2 years. I believe my spouse will be able to work in most jobs as my dependent. Can you please confirm this?

2. Maintenance Requirement: My spouse and my 2 kids will be applying for dependent VISA once my visa is granted. I believe the maintenance requirement for them would be 3 x £845 x 9 months = £22,815. Can you please confirm this?

3. Bank Statement: I have £22,815+ my maintenance + remaining fees spread in my bank account in UK and in India. I believe the money in my bank account would fine for my dependants visa application. Can you please confirm?
