Tier 1 Entreprenure to ILR and Dependent Requirements

Hi Dear Memmebrs

I am new to this forum and got few questions to ask I will really appreciate if someone can help me to get rid from this confusion .

I have recently applied for ILR (Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K 5 Years )
Initional application was approved in June 2013
Applied for extension in May 2016 and it was refused in October 2016 and then I have applied for admin review which was successful and extension was approved in November 2016 which is valid until November 2018
I have applied for ILR in July 2018 and waiting for decision ,,,,,

There are two questions to ask

First question .
The time period when I was waiting for my tier 1 extension decision will be counted towards my 5 years continues period or not ?
Which means initional application was valid from June 2013 to June 2016
And I have applied in May 2016 and T1E Extension was approved in November 2016. So there was almost 5 months waiting time until extension was approved .
Will that be considered towards 5 years continues period ?
Second Question

I got married and my dependent got dependent visa for two years which is valid until November 2018 my partner came to this country in January 2017 so I have to apply for his extension now while my ILR application is pending . I would like to know what are the requirements for Dependent extension application ?

Does he needs to pass Life in the Uk test and does he needs to pass B1 or A1 course for his extension?

Or what is the list of documents which I need to prepare for his second extension ?

What are maintenance requirements ?


I will really really appreciate If someone can help me regarding this issue ,

I think you should send her file with you as PBS Extension but now it's too late so Now just wait for your result until October you should get it your ILR if you're successful then she can go extension on Window quick.

Thank you for your reply but I would like to know what are the requirements and what is the list of documents I have to submit for my dependent extension ?
Does my partner needs to pass Life in the UK Test ?
Is there any requirement for B1 and A1 test ?

Or If my partner is applying for his TIE dependent extension there are no maintanice required ? or If it does then who is supposed to show the mentaince funds main applicant or dependent ?

It wil be great If some seniors memebers can look into my query too as i have only 2 months left so i can prepare documents which are required for Dependent's 2nd extension please .

Yes as you had section 3C protection if you applied for an extension before your last visa expired.

Have you read the Tier 1 Dependent or PBS Dependent guidance notes or searched the forum at all???0

NO, only required for ILR.

Read the guidance notes. The form also tells you what you need.

What are maintenance requirements ?

£630 for 90 days and can be shown by EITHER of you.

Thank you for your reply i really appriciate that as i mentioned before I am new to this forum and trying to find right information and list of documents for my dependent application and requirements .
I found it complicated as there are so many dependent application queries in place on this forum ,

I will be greatful if you please direct me to the page which is related to my query.

Is there someone who has faced this type of situation where T1E 5 Years ILR application decesion is pending and they have submitted their dependednt application they can share their experience what documents are required or list of documents which they have submitted .
