Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately when I look at the page for available bookings, I don't see the status as paid. Unless you mean try at midnight when there are available bookings? What time did you book for Belfast today? I have emailed and called and still waiting for a response from them...
I would say u would have to email for refund if you dont have the payment reference email.
There is an ongoing issue, where after u book the slot and going through payment (all within the 10minute time slot) and yet they will still not hold your slot and claim that u took too long. But you should have received an email stating that your payment was successful with a payment reference as stated - just without a booking confirmation for the appointment time slot.
Unfortunately you would have to stay up again and try to rebook the appointment, plus side is you wont have to go through payment page again so it should be fairly quick, just a matter of clicking the time slot and hit continue and wait for the confirmation page as they system will note that you have already paid and wont need to be redirected to payment page.
