Curtailment letter - help

Post by arielbelza » Wed Aug 15, 2018 9:57 pm

Hi,

I have a curtailment letter and the deadline is Aug 17. I just passed my OSCE exam last Aug 13 and got the results today which is need ed as part of my contract to become a UK Registered Nurse.

My agency told me I need to have a visa before the deadline.

As per the curtailment letter. I was told either to make an arrangements to leave UK or submit a new application.

I still need the certificate of sponsorship which I will be getting tomorrow morning then I will proceed with the online visa application and book a visa appointment.

As much as I want a 1 day process for my visa tomorrow which is impossible I am worried that it may be pointless to proceed with the visa application if I still need to go home.

Kindly advice

You must apply within the UK before the last date of your curtailment. In doing so, your existing visa conditions continue under Section 3c of the rules.

Highly unlikely you will get a same day appointment for this week as they are booked up weeks in advance. You will have to apply by post.

What is your current visa you hokd that has been curtailed?
