Hi All,
I am planning to apply PR through EEA regulations. I came to the UK in 2008 as a spouse of EEA national (I am non eea national).
I had my first eea2 rc issued in 2009 with expiring in 2014. During this period my spouse completed her degree 2009 to 2012 during which we did not have CSI. Due to this reason my PR application was rejected in 2014. My then spouse started her job in 2013 April.
I applied and got another eea2 in 2014 December.
Due to some issues we went through divorce in 2017 march. I have access to my 2 kids and court order to protect my parental rights and access rights is in place.
I applied and got my ROR last month after a big fight with home office as my ex wife does not want to provide her payslip to prove that she was employed on the date of our divorce. I appealed and got my ROR as court ordered the home office to verify this with HRMC.
I have proof of my ex wife's employment from 2013 April to 2017 February (divorce issues on 28th March for which I do not have proof, but I have copy of court order asking home office to verify during my ROR appeal).
I have my payslips from 2017 January to today.
I am planning to apply for PR soon providing my ex-wife's employment from 2013 April to 2017 March and my employment from 2017 March to to date to cover 5 years.
My question will be
1. Can I combine periods from mid of my first rc and then some period from my 2nd rc and then current DC (I also cover time my ROR was in process/appeal).
2. For my ex wife's last payslip and I send the court order provided during my ROR appeal as proof of evidence?
Please help me as I am totally stressed out and want to clear my immigration ASAP.
Thanks.
