Hi
My wife came already to UK with my previous tier2 Visa Now she been to India and i applied for new Tier2 sponsor. I received visa and now I would like to apply for my wife again from India.
Just want to understand what documents I need to put it. I think I don’t need to put same all documents like before isn’t it?
Is it ok if I put My payslips, my visa and her passport or shall I need to put again tenant letter, TB Certificate etc?
Could you please guide me the checklist. I am just confused about the checks list because she will apply for second time. Can you please suggest me.
Thanks in advance.

She will need all the same documents again to apply for a visa. The PBS dependent guidance and online form process will tell you what is needed and she must pay IHS too and have maintenance funds.
Her clock for ILR will start again from zero.

Hi Sorry, She will be applying tier 2 dependent but not ILR dependent.
Last time I submitted the below documents
1.)Tier2 dependent application form
2.)NHS Fee
3.) My wife's Original passport.
4.)Passport Photos.(UK specific)
5.)My passport and Biometric card copies.
6.)Copy of certificate of sponsorship.
7.)3 months payslip.
8.)Tenant rental agreement letter
9.)MyMarriage certificate.
10.)My wedding invitation card.
11.)Marriage Photographs.
12.) Air-ticket arrival in india.
13.)Evidence of passport page showing entry stamp to India for wedding.
14.)Pre-Departure TB Medical certificate.
15.)Invitation letter.
after submitting all above details she got approval and she was here already and then she been to india before her visa expired.
Later I made Tier2 fresh application in UK and I got approval.
Now I need to make her application again as a Tier2 dependent.
So my question is to make Tier 2 dependent application, Do i need to show all the above 14 points? As she was already here and she left and I was under impression that i can exclude some repeated points from 7 to 15.
will it be ok if i show first 6 points or shall I submit all above 15 points? Please suggest me. Thank you.

You don't need these.
You must provide evidence of 90 maintenance funds in your bank.
You must also provide evidence of subsisting relationship and proof of communication etc and/or visits you have made to see her.

Thank you so much for your response.
I applied for visa in June2017 and I got approval in August 2018. It was like 14 months delay to get approval.
Badically, it is the issue of visa delay. So do I still need to show all the evidence of chat and everything? I was thinking that they can see that my visa was granted like 3 weeks ago and with this, they can approve visa to my wife as a tier2 dependent.
Sorry Just asking, Do you think they can understand the situation or still I need to show all evidence of the relationship?
Thanks in advance.

She is applying for a NEW entry clearance and needs to meet the requirements. You still need to show evidence of subsisting marriage, even more so as you have been apart.
Had she been in the UK applying for an extension, she would only have needed evidence of cohabitation.

Yes she been in UK. But I applied for my self initially and I thought to apply for her after I get approval.
She haven’t applied. My plan was after I get approved I thought to apply for her. When I realised application is getting delay then we thought that I can apply for her from India. As her own elder sister getting married and she thought to attend as well.
Yes I have cohabitation proof like when she moved to UK we moved to new house through estate agency. My wife’s name and signature was included in the tenancy agreement letter and also in some other forms related to tenant estate agency letters. we used to leave together and we have some common adress documents related to NHS, Bank etc. Hope that helps I believe. Is that sufficient?

Hi , I am applying Tier 2 dependent to my wife. Do I need to submit Tenant agreement letter for sure? Or can I just put a letter form landlord stating that “I am happy to accomandate in the property named above...”
I am staying with landlord and we have space in the house. So can landlord just write a letter something like having space and happy to accomadate? or it should be like proper tenant agreement letter?
Please suggest me?
