Cooling Period

Hello team,

I have ICT Tier 2 Long Term Restricted Work visa.My cos is has startdate 18th Nov 2017 and ending on 10th Nov 2018.I landed in UK on 18th Nov 2017.Now going back India on 25th October 2018 , which is less than a year.

Now another comapy want to sponsor Cos to me.So need to know as i am going back to india within a year so will that cooling period of 1 year will still apply to come back to UK and work?

It makes no difference when you go back, you are still subject to the 12 month cooling off period which start countingd from the date you LEAVE the UK unless you are being offered a salary in excess of £159,600pa.

So if the wages offered more than £159,600pa then only cooling off period will be waived off?

Is there any other option for this?

My new company if offering £120,000pa only.

So its UK Law , suppose if i move to another company in india after this year October will this cooling will still apply as they will raise new cos?
