TIER 2 VISA- RCoS Dates

Hello Guys

I have received my RCoS and the main location in it has London as the location. However i will be working in sheffield. Although my company's main head quarters is in london, which area should i put here? London or sheffield?
This is the question in Visa form.

While i was completing the application for tier 2 general, apart from Reference number of RCoS ,there wasnt any question on start date and end date mentioned in RCoS. Have any one of you observed the same?

P.S: There is a start dt and end dt for English language though.

Can anyone correct me if i am something please

Start date and end date always mentioned in CoS.
It's 2 page document.
