Dear Zimba,
okay! Thanks but you have to provide the reason of absences on the form and the letter as well...so shall i breakdown the reason of absence ( ex: 4W annual holiday+ 1W work from distance) or what will be appropriate to write there please?
You are really overthinking this. The reason can be as simple as 'Holidays'.
Actually, I am a bit worried cause if it exceeds annual holiday limit ( 4 weeks) then they might make it in an issue if I don't give a proper reason as mine is 6 weeks in 2015 and 5 weeks in 2018 !!
So you meant that the 7% increase you received this year is not part of the annual increase? Were you the only one that received the increase?GMO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 1:42 amMy salary increased annually just 7% this month and it is updated via SMS...though it was not necessarily causing it was annual increment like every year! booked the PSC appointment as well...Interestingly HO emailed that they are going to visit our office to check files of T2 employees.. I am the only T2 employee now and the other 2 names they mentioned on the email to check files who have left the co 2 years back!
I am wondering what the reason behind that noticed visit! FYI our license will expire in few months to renew and our employer files are always updated by HR..any experts has any idea about it please?
Thanks for your reply . Yes I’m the only one T2 employee at the moment and the increase reflected was annually .other employees mostly on contract basis .HO was notified when employees left the company through sms ..they visited last year as well ... hope all will be Well ..my appointment is exactly after5 weeks after their visit !!!Djsuccess wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 8:17 amSo you meant that the 7% increase you received this year is not part of the annual increase? Does everyone in the company receive the same % increase annually?
When previous Tier 2 employees left, did the company notify UKVI ?
Anything could have triggered the compliance visit. It is also possible that it was random.
Nothing to worry about as long as the company are doing their duties properly and have a good record of their sponsored worker.
If your appointment is before the compliance visit, you might be able to go ahead (not entirely sure) but if the appointment is after the compliance visit, then your application will not be decided until the outcome of the compliance visit is known.
when is your appointment and when is the visit?
I guess you will be fine. Hopefully, the outcome of the visit will be known by the time you go for your appointmentGMO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 8:25 amThanks for your reply . Thanks I mean if i apply with an active license and then if HO holds my application for some reason and by that time if licence suspends or anything then! Hope i make it clear. I mean not applying with suspend status.
The Lawyer is not correct. Your sponsor must still be holding a valid licence when you apply for ILR.GMO wrote: ↑Sat Aug 25, 2018 10:56 amThank you
One of the immigrants lawyer said, if I apply for tier 2 under a valid active license after complete successfully 5 years and after that if anything happens like licenses suspend or anything worse then they must provide ILR as it is not related to employee as he was legal and right on the time of application...not sure ..is this correct ?
You heard wrong. They all apply the immigration rules equally in the same way. Croydon has the senior caseworkers though. I have always used Croydon and never had any issues.
If your are scheduled for a compliance visit or awaiting the result of a compliance visit, any application submitted will most likely be kept on hold until the outcome is known.GMO wrote: ↑Mon Aug 27, 2018 2:51 pmHi! Hope you all are ok My question is If you have Home office compliance visit pending or if you had the visit but haven't got any feedback yet..then it would be wise to go for Premium service appointment or shall I wait until it gets clear! Experts, please give your valuable suggestion.
Kind Regards
