Warnings to declare on AN

Post by epi » Tue Aug 28, 2018 11:53 am

Hi,

I have been reading that warning is a formal warning given by the police to anyone aged 10 years or over and who has admitted that they are guilty of a minor crime.

But what types of warnings should be declared on the AN apart form that? For example, my wife has a warning on her police (nationalities office) registration certificate. It is a simple stamp saying "Warned for late notification" - she did not formally admit or sign anything. Should this be declared on her application?

I realise that this could not be a reason for a refusal, but I am concerned to be accused of not disclosing information and banned for the next 10 years :)

Any ideas?
