I have a question. How should we inform INIS about separation with eu family member? Does it efect on my residency status any way?.
Note: I am not talking about going for retention.
Thanks

No problem.Bobby89 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 29, 2018 8:58 pmThanks for fast response. We are only living separate. No intention to go for divorce. She is working and exercising her treaty right. We are married from last 4 years. I was just worried that may be if I tell INIs about separation they can cancel my current eustamp4.
Eu treaty rights are ambiguous about the separation, however, it is always good to notify them about the change in your status. As per the law, you are not required to live under the same roof to prove as a couple. Even there is court judgment in regards to the same.Bobby89 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 29, 2018 8:58 pmThanks for fast response. We are only living separate. No intention to go for divorce.
