When Can I apply for HSMP Extension under Teir 1

When Can I apply for HSMP Extension under Teir 1

HWi All

I have a quick question about when I can apply for HSMP extension?

I am currently on HSMP visa expiring on 15/10/2009, can I apply on 12/08/2009 (or 13th, 14th Aug, 2009) as I will be turning 30 on 14/08/2009 and will loose point for age. Or is there a time limit before which I cannot apply for HSMP extension.

The Home Office ENCOURAGES you to apply 5 weeks prior to the expiry of current leave. However, its not set in stone.

Email the Home Office and confim.
