Provide more details on your dependants. How long they've been in the UK ? Is the baby UK born ?

1.Which route to apply ,Tier 1 entrepreneur 5 yrs or 10 years?
I suggest the 5 year route. Under long residence, your wife must switch to FLR(M) and her ILR clock will be rest to zero
2.which visa should be applied for Dependent (Wife+Baby)
Wife continues as PBS dependant, Baby can register as British citizen when you get ILR
3.do i have to keep the maintenance for dependant for 90 days ?How much ?
£630 for 90 days
4.what documents i should need if applying for ILR vi Tier1 Entrepreneur route for me and dependant?
Read the Tier 1E guide and SET(O) form
5.what documents i should need if applying for ILR vi 10 years route for me and dependant?
Read the long residence guide and form SET(LR)

There is no financial requirement under the PBS route. For SET(LR) route, dependants must switch to FLR(M) which has financial requirement

There is no 'ILR via 5 years Tier 1 Ent' route 'GROUP'.

Have you read the guidance notes at all for Set LR if that is the route you are going or the Set(O) form if you are going 5 years PBS ILR route??

As CR001 has already advised...read the guidance notes for SET(O)

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -07-18.pdf
(Casa, not CR001)
