Rates of Pay and Hours

Post by ShainR » Wed Sep 05, 2018 1:22 pm

Hi all,

Please can someone clarify the hours

SOC code 534 Finance and investment analysts and adviser
Salary rates:
New entrant: £22,200
Experienced worker: £27,000

As per Website : i) Where the source is the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings, a 39-hour week;

So £22,200 = Based on 39 hour week.

My contract will be 37.5 hours/ week - So am i right to say this is more than what is required and my RCOS wouldn't have issues in regards to this

Please help.

Thanks

Employee Contract - Please help

Post by ShainR » Wed Sep 05, 2018 1:29 pm

Hi all,

I am currently on a tier 4 visa, and will be leaving the UK second week of October.

The RLMT will finish 28 days on the 26/09/18, and my company will apply for RCOS by the 30/09/18.

Hopefully all goes well and I apply for my Tier 2 from India by third week of October.

Please can anyone help in regards to the start date and end date of my contract ? I will be a new entrant so for three years can my contract state

1)15/10/18 to 14/10/21 or
2)should it state 01/11/18 or
3)as soon as possible?

Please help

Thanks.

Why are you leaving the UK to apply if you hold a Tier 4 visa??

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/switch-to-this-visa
Eligibility

You must already be in the UK under any of the following visas or schemes:

Tier 1 visa
Tier 2 (Sportsperson) visa
Tier 2 (Minister of religion) visa
Tier 2 (Intra company Transfer) visa under the Immigration Rules in place before 6 April 2010 and you’re applying to change sponsor
Tier 4 visa - if you have an eligible qualification or you’ve done at least 12 months of a PhD
Char (CR001 not Casa)
In life you cannot press the Backspace button!!
Please DO NOT send me a PM for immigration advice. I reserve the right to ignore the PM and not respond.

Many thanks for your reply.

As I am here on a professional qualification course (ACCA) and hence do not qualify to switch inside the UK .
