REVOCATION of driving licence

Hello,

Please I need advice and what to do.

I have been having a case with the Home Office on overstaying after my employer made a mistake and the CoS was withdrawn from them. After over a year of court case, the judge told my employer to reapply for CoS, they did and we re-stated. During this period DVLA revoked my driving licence.

My case with the Home Office on human right has been on in court since then. Please I will like to know if I can apply for the re-statement of the driving licence since by the letter written from the Home Office stated that I can stay in the country until my case has been decided.

I need your advice on what to do.
