Tier 4 Pakistan delay

Hi,
I applied for my tier 4 student visa on 12 july .... my application is quite simple i have money on my own name and everything is genuine. Interview was good too but on 25th july they emailed me that process have not been straightforward and they are unable to decide within time.. 4th week have started now and i have not heard anything back is this a good sign or not ? I'm so nervous why it's taking long ?
Anyone else from Pakistan going through same ?

I submitted my biometric on 17 july till now i did nt got any response. On 27 aug i received mail that we cannot tell you the exact application time
