Find the local council that you can do the paper application with joint passport service.

Maybe ask HMRC for your employment history??

And again, can you please keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic (this one). Topics Merged (click to read the rules again)

BC SPOUSE - AN FORM - SUPPORTING DOCS

Post by hamzababy » Mon Sep 10, 2018 8:26 pm

NON-EU Spouse of BC ON ILR.. applying for naturalisation

i have seen people on here submitting payslips employer letters bank statements with their AN Naturalisation application.

is that a requirement or just a way to show you were in the country >

The non-Eu passports should be enough to prove you were within the country ?

i am including following , please let me know if i am missing anything

1. my passport , biometric ilr , life in uk and english test
2. marriage certificate and wifes british passport
3.my old passport , as it has stamps showing me entrying in 2013 and my holidays abroad etc .
4. two referees declarations

thats all i am submitting or do i need to add more stuff?

Declaration to Moderators :- its a different topic of same application , i had to give it a title and ask ? i dont know how to change title and merge

This is the final time you will be asked to stick to ONE topic with all your questions on the same application. Lets not have a repetitive repeat of your multiple topics you posted in the ILR sub forum!!!

You simply continue in the same topic and just change the subject heading!!!

Not required. Your passport(s) prove residency.

NO EXIT STAMP- NO ARRIVAL STAMP IN FRANCE ON NON-EU PASSPORT

Post by hamzababy » Fri Sep 14, 2018 7:18 am

Hello , i basically went on a holiday through a coach tour company in April 2014 for 5 days on schengen visa, the french authorities at Dover just let the whole coach get on board without stamping or checking anything at all.

now applying for naturalisation as spouse of BC and i have the first stamp of entering in the UK first time in Sept 2013 on the old passport , stamps of entering UK after the french holidays of 5 days in April 2014 ( but no stamp of entering or leaving France ) stamps of entering UK after Turkish holidays ( Turkish officers put an entry/exit stamp so time can be calculated...

does this mean i will have to provide extra documents to show that i was within the country ? although my schengen visa was issued few days before travelling only.

No, you are over thinking.

As you are applying on the basis of spouse of BC3 year residence route, HO looks at the last 3 years residence immediately preceding your date of application, so x date in 2015.
