changed employer after 3 months( tier 2 visa)

Hi,

My question is ,I just had my new extended Tier 2 visa with a different employer(shortage occupation) and I want to change jobs again (shortage occupation) , I am now with the new company for 3 months, can I apply a tier 2 again with a new employer providing they will sponsor me as well? Or is there a restrictions as i just started to my new employer? Pls answer, thank you.

AFAIK there's no such restriction also it might look a bit suspicious. On the other side Ur new employer will have to provide U with UCoS and do RLMT
