Criminal

Hi wonder if anyone can help I'm applying for IRL application and I was just wondering about the criminal part, when I was comi g back from my holiday I got pulled for having to many cigs I got a verbal warning from customs, and had to sign a foam was wondering if I should declare this on the foam help really appitated
