Tier-2 ICT To Tier-2 GENERAL Dependent Visa

Hi all,

I am having Tier-2 General (Shortage Occupant) visa and would like to apply for Tier-2 General Dependent for my husband. My husband is in UK on Tier-2 ICT Visa.
My Queries are:

1. Can we apply for Tier-2 General Dependent from UK?
2. Where can I find the Process?
3. What are the fees for the process?
4. Do my husband need to travel to Home country and enter again in UK with new visa? Or he can be in UK and apply from here only?

1. Yes he can apply to switch within the UK.
