Advice on converting from the 10 year family visa Route

Hi,

Please I require advise on if I could change from the 10 year family visa route.

I overstayed in the UK and I was given visa in the UK in 2013 on the basis of being married to a British partner and a British daughter. I was extended in 2016 and am now due another renewal in a few months. Please advise if it is possible for me to reduce the 10 year wait for an ILR as I am on the 10 years route?
