My company stop applying the CoS in July and Aug, but since the points in Aug dropped down to 21, they applied it for me in Sep again. Hope it helps.

Why do people have to keep asking why others didn’t have their COS approved before now?
Either:
- they had to re-do the RLMT as it expired
- they didn’t apply last month
- it was rejected based on errors made
- it was under review and didn’t go through on time
It just clogs up the thread and no real information is given that way

Hi guys, by chances, does any of you has received a job offer from a big four and told you months ago that they won't continue applying until it clears up? If so, did you hear back from them? In my case, I haven't heard back from them since July, so not sure how is the process going... waiting with 45p since December

Okay Finally finally finallyI came to know that my RCOS is approved. Waited from February it's more of a relaxation than happiness. Time has come for me to not to worry about RCOS thread and wonder and worry what will happen but yes I will be in the immigration board to help anybody with whatever knowledge I have.
I had 45 points non sol non PhD non new graduate hire.
Thanks all the admins for your great work this board atleast gives us to travel with somebody who is going through the same motions.

It takes a day or two to inform you and 4-5 days to assign you in big 4. Most of the times decision is made but you won't get the result soon.

No news from the HO yet, waiting with 38 points non everything, last month my application got rejected because of some mistakes in the documentations, this month the HO have not requested anything from my employer to provide after the application, but also have not heard anything back regarding their decision.
I was wondering why is there no body updating this post this month? is it because everybody else is like me, still waiting to hear back..

Is your status 'pending' or under review'?

Pending is good, that mean your application is valid. Our application status is under review because it request additional documents on 5th and we submitted on 6th which I think is too late to be consider on the allocation date.

I was told that it is pending, but I was told that to not be very optimistic by the company's lawyer.

Not sure why your layer said that, In group i saw someone's got rcos approved with 35 points, so logically, if your application is valid, you should get through this month with 38 point.

Hello,
I am an Australian teacher who is waiting for a result for my CoS which was applied for in August. My employer has not had news yet and he called Home Office last Friday and was told to 'go away' (his words!) so we are crossing our fingers for hearing this week. As the school year has already started it's been challenging having to wait, but I suppose that's usual. I have 31 points so am wondering why someone who had 30 points has already had their approval last week and why I wouldn't have had mine. Is it simply because they may have had their application submitted earlier? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Hi Daniel, same situation here. One of the Big 4 who said they were not going to be applying. I noticed they recently updated their website stating that they will now resume RCOS applications but have not heard from them still. I think it may be the same employer, please update once you receive any information, thanks.

I'm sitting on 55 points and still waiting to hear back from the September round. This is my first application despite having this job offer since March (my company got acquired which put everything on hold then there was a 3 month hiring freeze).
Haven't heard from my lawyers or HR department since results started coming out last week. Rumours of a bottleneck on the visa application process side of things aren't helping my nerves.
